I purchased a bunch of cio but I am disappointed with management. they slashed the distribution by 50% and while they were all excited at buying stock above $10 they have not purchase any more since the stock has tanked and they have $50 million authorized. I am not a big fan of companies that slash their distributions. I will hold but no adds for me. OT right now in Arizona I gas is over a dollar more per gallon then in new mexico or colorado. supposedly its because some refinery had shut down for maintenance but I find it hard to believe that its that expensive to bring in gas from another refinery. I wish someone who knows the industry would explain this anomaly to me.
