I only say that cuz the Supervisor said, "I understand the DA's concern about releasing video evidence while there's an investigation underway..." == " bUt hE sHoUlDn'T rEcEiVe a dEaTh sEnTeNcE fOr mErE sHoPlIfTiNg ." I agree, but, if it's self-defense, there's more to the story then mErE. The DA should maybe reconsider the decision about releasing videos. -- Not if you "loot" less than $950 at a time" Shoplifting is stealing, but it's not looting. The smash and grab gangs prolly qualify.
