Sounds to me like there's an ongoing investigation, which means she hasn't declined to press charges. I only say that cuz the Supervisor said, "I understand the DA's concern about releasing video evidence while there's an investigation underway..."

I agree, but, if it's self-defense, there's more to the story then mErE. The DA should maybe reconsider the decision about releasing videos.
