Sdgla, New York Jury Finds Trump *Not Guilty of Rape*, But Guilty of Defaming His Accuser by Denying It The headline is wrong. No surprise it came from a website that is part of the Q Continuum. No jury ever found Trump "not guilty of rape," because no jury was ever allowed to even deliberate on any criminal case revolving around the alleged sexual assault. Hence the defamation case was allowed to proceed after New York passed a new law. You can question the validity of the new law and its implications, both legal and societal.
