Wharfie, Rat thinks it's better to see figurative red flags for fixed bridges than actual red flags after the bridges fail. Again, the responsibility of making sure bridges don't fail should already be the responsibility of the DOT. But nope, let's pretend that the DOT can't do their freakin' job unless Brandon walks in (with the help of DOCTOR Jill) and signs a bill that throws more money into a political slush fund.
