Wharfie, That's what my grandparents did, and the home folks used that good hard currency to come here, so that they could send more currency home and bring over another one. Doesn't bother me if they use that money to keep the family in their own country, instead. Right, but it undercuts the whole sob story about poor refugees escaping oppression and trying to make better lives for themselves. In reality, they're coming here, flooding the market for migrant workers, with the intention of eventually moving back. They don't want to become Americans. They don't want to even identify as Americans. Personally it doesn't bother me THAT much, as long as they are honest about their intentions. But no, the Democrats are all about treating them like poor victims of oppression who need to be rescued and given shelter and sanctuary here. The reality is that they aren't looking for a sanctuary. They're simply looking for work. And they're making a complete mockery of Democrat "living wage" laws and labor regulations and social services and everything else the Democrats set up just to exploit them for both political and economic gain. But hey, the rest of us have to follow the rules, because the rules never apply to Democrats ... Tenchusatsu
