Well, I dont belong to any political party and I'm not an attorney, BUT I do know that most folks regardless of their political persuasion and/or sexual orientation do not support harm to children in any manner - including pedophilia. I do have experience in property management and the rules of the road, so to speak. You might want to peruse these links and acquaint yourself with the laws regarding housing and discrimination. I've learned from experience that oftimes tenants are more familiar with the laws than landlords - and you really need to know your shyte when dealing with them --- if you want to avoid lawsuits. The pity is they will often be poor and qualify for legal aid -- while the landlord is stuck fighting them via and attorney.
