Training Commences for ALYA's Product Distributors

PALO ALTO, Calif.--Feb. 23, 1998--ALYA International, Inc. (''ALYA''
or the ''Company'') announced today that representatives from
Los Alamos National Labs of New Mexico, Motorola(R)/Indala(R) of
California, Vancouver International Airport of British Columbia and
Facility Robotics of Georgia, attended one week of O.P.E.N. centrix
training at ALYA's training facility.

''The interest in ALYA's Advanced Security Management System featuring
Interoperability with other building control systems is wide-spread,''
said Doug Corbett, ALYA's Vice President of Marketing and Sales. ''Not
only are we signing dealers, but we have interest from Security
Developers at Los Alamos National Labs and Motorola/Indala for new
products.''

The Company currently has 3 signed distributors that have committed to
annual sales totaling US$1,500,000. ALYA's current distributors
include M&E Sales of Baltimore, Maryland, Facility Robotics of
Atlanta, Georgia and Smart Building Technologies Inc. of Richmond,
British Columbia.

M&E Sales, Inc. is the largest US East Coast Integrator of LonWorks(R)
Echelon(R) networks.

Facility Robotics is an automation & systems integrator and a leader
in the Southeast United States with offices from Florida to
Philadelphia. They provide complete ''turn-key'' installations of
Microprocessor based systems for use in Building and Industry
Automation applications since 1981.

Smart Building Technologies Inc. (''SBT'') of Richmond, British
Columbia specializes in providing ''one stop'' seamless integrated
telecommunications and technology services such as Voice, Data,
Internet, Access Control and Video Conferencing to commercial
buildings. Working with PK Projects, a Vancouver developer, SBT has
developed and implemented this concept for the Commerce Court
International project in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. This
project is the first truly unique ''Smart Building'' in British
Columbia. When completed in 1999, Commerce Court International will
generate in excess of Cdn$1 million annually in rental revenue from
the ''Smart Building'' services.

ALYA Signs its First Distributor and Sale to Central Europe

PALO ALTO, Calif.--Feb. 25, 1998--ALYA International, Inc. (''ALYA''
or the ''Company'') announced today that it has signed a distributor
contract with Podnik Vypoctovej Techniky Bratislava a.s. (''PVT'') of
the Slovak Republic.

This marks ALYA's entry into the central European market and is the
Company's first distributor in this region. This is the Company's
fourth distributor to sign a contract representing current year
commitments of $1,675,000.00 in the first 30 days since ALYA launched
its Advanced Security Management System in January. Several others are pending.

The contract was signed by Ing. Vladimir Benicek, Chairman of the
Board of Directors, and Ing. Kamil Kyselica, Chief Financial Officer
and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, on their recent visit to
ALYA's offices.

PVT provides private data networks and network services, has 1,200
employees and branches in every major city in Slovakia. PVT had
revenues for 1998 of approximately SK$ 750,000,000 (US$ 15,000,000).
The Company provides WAN and LAN networks, is an internet provider (36
locations) and sells hardware and software for Compaq, HP, Lexmark,
Cisco, U.S. Robotics, Nokia, Cray, ZyXEL, Microsoft and others. PVT
provides networks to its clients, helping them to secure and organize
data. With ALYA's Advanced Security Management System these clients
will also be able to secure people and property through their
networks.

PVT is currently participating in the first installation project of
ALYA equipment which is scheduled for completion by the end of April.
The second installation is expected to be PVT's own 12-story head
office complex in Bratislava.
