Richard, your criteria for stock evaluation: 1. Small float - less than 1M (MEME has 500,000). 2. Real company with real people answering the phone. 3. Has hit bottom, has turned itself around and viable projects on the table. 4. Pending news that is substantial. 5. Basically a no-hype company. I am not sure if you had Fortune 1000 Companies in mind, but I believe that NRL fits your criteria. Insiders own over 40% and Institutions own over 50% of the shares. The stock was hit hard last year and is coming back strong. The company strategy is to grow by acquisitions and to continue growth exceeding 25% per year. What do you think? Sergio
