I am still of the opinion that MFS bought CA's SSAX stock as an investment. Perhaps Gardner did but their filing mentions something about positions at the end of '97. Also it seems it was filed after the 10 day limit. It really doesn't matter since either one of these are getting these shares as an investment, not a trading vehicle.

Regards the blocks. I checked out all big blocks today and there is definitely some selling holding the stock back. BUT the sells are at higher levels each day so the trend seems to be upward. The selling should stop soon. Don't forget there is lots of uncertainty about upcoming earnings and where the company is going. Most small investors haven't even seen a press release about Stuek becoming CEO later in the year. The stock should creep higher next week IMHO until earnings come out.
