The report is pretty damning and would completely undermine his popularity among the Z-nationalists. But his rivalry with Sergay and Valerie is well-known, and not even PooTin can deny the negative effects that must have on morale, not to mention recruitment. Ask any Z-nationalist who wants to go to war, and he will tell you that he would prefer joining the Vagner thugs over the regular RuZZian army.
