Paul,

re: "because Morgan had set a one-year target of $38, which PRIA reached yesterday".

NEW YORK, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley Dean Witter said it lowered its rating on PRI Automation Inc to outperform from strong buy because the stock hit Morgan's target price faster than expected.

-- But Morgan said it remains extremely bullish on PRI's long-term fundamental potential.

-- PRI was seen experiencing superior five-year revenue and earnings growth compared with the average equipment supplier.

-- The target price was raised to $46 from $38.
-- PRI was off 1/8 at 36-7/8 in morning trading.

Now that it has backed down to 27, is it time for an upgrade by Morgan ?

Trying to figure out why it backed down so much vs AMAT ?

Maybe the recent run to 36 was short covering.

Seems like an excellent buy again !!!
