This stock is going to fine on its own. A shell dormant for almost 8 years. Bad rep and now a Greek shipping company has come into play with an existing casino as a resident. I have been checking all day and it is hard to get a handle on an overseas company. I would like to thank all the help on this thread for sizing up this new acquistion that is going to take this shell over. And also thanks for history lesson which means nothing because of the new acquistion but just the same DD is DD. Refardless last year the best sleepers were shells that acquired a solid company. They got flamed of couse because of the bad reputation of the previous resident. Then off they went and by the time anyone could figure it out it was gone. This year fully reporting shells with good stock structures are where I am going to be investing long. Once they change out all the bad management, change the ticker, and establish a new management team they will start to move. I have talked to a couple of brokers about this stock and they agree the past means nothing it is the new acquistion coming in that is the story. We have already broke down the stock structure and fully exposed all the past dealing of this shell. Now is it staged to go forward on its own merit. Since it is overseas I think we can expect good news releases to keep us informed. I personally like the stock structure and the way it moves on tiny volume... Heck volume traders will not even know till it is too late in my opinon. Just have to wait and see what develops with the closing. Either way it is a good stock because of it stock structure. Been in it since Dec and I guess this shell hunt is what is going to be ones to have this year. Beat the heck out of naysayers opinion. I am talking to Mr. Duke to see if New Departure comes into a shell. If they do I will be going in an buying it. Happy trading GaBard
