Very rational post. Most of the time today was wasted on a non issue which is SOP when some people cannot back up their statements. I understand your points about Mr Holcomb and Mr. Raabe but so far no one has been able to verify anything about a merger with Next Level.. etc.. Mr. Raabe was the securities attorney for TVSI, yet there are no current filings, while I don't understand all that is necessary to be done with a corporation that is/was in bankruptcy it would appear that if he was going to use this shell for a merger, there would be current filings. There are not many verifiable facts and there are many that the company seems extremely hesitant to verify. The locations of the other businesses for instance. Putting out a press release to quell rumors of a merger that has not taken place seems iffy to say the least. No one seems very interested in the details.. sometimes the devil is in the details. In the past it has been the smaller things not the larger things that have been the tip off to a scam.

I am not in any way trying to attack what you say, I am just illustrating what I perceive to be the questions that some are asking and the reasons for asking them.
