Huh? Have you ever watched or listened to a full speech of hers? It would be far safer if her speechwriters just issued memorandums with highlighted points! She talks much and says little waving her hands around a lot. Apparently her stupidity is only exceeded by her anger, which helps to explain why she's gone through staffers like a hot knife through butter much like Trump did. Did you catch her trip to Africa the other month explaining to the continent's business and political leaders about the technological magic of the apps they used on their smartphones?
