If there's no Trump-Russia collusion, why is Russia announcing sanctions against Trump's prosecutors, witnesses and domestic critics?
Because it's all RuZZian disinformation.

RuZZian "sanctions" have about as much effect as me telling Nike that I won't be buying their products after their Colin Krapernick endorsement deal.

It has nothing to do with any actual "collusion" and more to do with giving the PooTin cucks what they want.
