RDK, "in terms of taxes" dumbass. What's that supposed to mean? "I balanced the budget in terms of taxes" ... ? A slight increase in taxes for the wealthiest and the budget is balanced. Brandon claimed that he already balanced the budget. AFAIK the tax increases for the "wealthiest" was never passed. Doesn't matter, though. His words mean nothing given that the context in which he uttered them was completely unclear, and I doubt even he would be able to recall it. No need to cover for the dementia patient. RDK, if you're going to send me a PM, then place me on Ignore so that you don't have to read my response back to you, then I will respond in public: His proposal balances the budget, "in terms or taxes" in the proposal. Same thing Clinton. Simple. Back to ignore you go. You ignored the fact that Brandon claimed to have ALREADY balanced the budget. In other words, he wasn't talking about proposals. He was instead talking about done deals that never happened. The fact that you are trying to defend his incoherent babbling says a lot about you.
