Sorry to be a bit negative, but I get ticked off at the favours and deals offered to friends of Management. Take today's news release for instance. Someone paid $120 for shares worth (at closing today) $200,000. An easy one day profit of $80,000! If they exercised their warrants today they could also realize another $60,000 one day profit. Have you done any deals like this lately? I certainly haven't!!!! Now why in the world was this PP completed today...could it be that as the share price edged higher over the past few days THE 10 DAY AVERAGE CLOSING SHARE PRICE on which the PP and warrant prices are based was also about to start climbing? Instead of waiting a few days and getting a higher price for the PP and warrants (and hence more $$ in the treasury - something that KRT actually needs right now) our wonderful management team decided instead that it was necessary to give somebody windfall profits based upon the LOWEST share/warrant price that they could legally justify! Call me cynical, but something stinks here! I thought that we were supposed to have replaced the old management team with a better calibre - obviously not!

This pp is for promotional purposes The real pp will be done in a months time probably at between .75-.90 and it will be much larger. With this pp it gaurantees the company money short term in driving attention and for those who like to sell their shares do it, i'll be there to grab em up. Chart looks great, close up high with great volume, definitely gaining back the attention it deserves. When results get closer and closer everyone will feel that the risk is worth the unimagineable reward. Good luck all!
