To MM: The topic of restructuring DEC was emphasized in
last Saturdays issue of Business Week. The article mentioned
Compaq selling off unprofitable portions of DEC to partially
recoup some of the cash CPQ has spent on its new acquisition.
I hope I'm wrong but with options week upon us would not be
surprised to see CPQ shares hold at or slightly near 35 into
Friday. This is due to surely massive amount of Feb 35 calls
currently on the books. After Friday look for CPQ to trade
higher on back of Dell's earnings being released this
Thursday. So lets sit back, relax and watch the $$$$$$ grow
as CPQ heads toward the 80 dollar border by June!!!!!

Thanks Mohan,

Didn't want to tell the world, but I used to work for Compaq as a Product Manager, (networking products) so I have followed it pretty closely.

CPQ has been my best stock over the last couple of years, can't help but think it will continue to be up significantly over the next few years.
