I think it's funny when people constantly buy and sell Gateway. I bought 1000 shares at 14 when it opened, bought another 700 at 23, and another 300 at 37 before the split. My friends were buying and selling through all of this and they thought I was an idiot for holding on to it. I only wish I bought more earlier, so I wouldn't have to buy at todays price, which I am doing.

//OT// Al, i hate mu b/c their in a current glut with no visibility for improvement, they
are losing money hand over fist, and their management is in the business of pumping
their stock - not necessarily in that order ;-)

Skeeter-
I totally agree with you......Micron should just sell out.Dell will take the PC company out this year and they have already blew it with late 64M.They were not even smart enough to order the faster testers
in advance.

//OT//SB, get a hold of Barron's and read the last part of Al Ableson's column. You'll love it!

States David Dice a professional bear his no. 1 short is "Micron Technology".

Basically Koreans are going to flood the DRAM market. Views this as a red-ink year for MU translating to sharply lower prices for Micron's stock.

This bodes for down, down, down, for MU come Tuesday the 17th.

My apologies to GTW folk for using your bandwith but just wanted Skeeter to know about this article. Thank you for your indulgence.

Regards,

Al
