RE: My Take on Iomega's Response.

This is a GREAT response, especially coming from Iomega! I'm wondering if Kim's time spent with investors today and the lawsuit might actually be doing some good.

Iomega is addressing the problems, putting a positive spin on it, and churning out press releases. (Is this the same company?)

Good. That'll help pay me for this:

<< Iomega's stock hit a record high, and at the same time, senior officers unloaded millions of dollars' worth of company stock at inflated prices, while continuing to represent that the Jaz 2 drive would be available in the fourth quarter of 1997. >>

I'd like to be in the court room to watch these guys testilie. A good jury will see right through a smoke screen. If they agree that the allegation is true...

I'm not in this company short or long (anymore), but if they owe me money, I want it, regardless of what happens to the company.

Room temperature? Since when is 58 degrees Celsius room temperature?

Maybe during a Mohave Desert chili cookoff with entertainment provided by the Radiators and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
