The point I bring up is SYCR is in the business of selling software-not developing it. Rainer has built an excellent network and has connections with the distributors. He is the key player. Lose him and you lose many months of networking and then SYCR will definitely go. If imagine he was scared to death to deal with this and hoped the cpa's would make a better picture. I am the stupid one. I went with this one from 21 to 17 to 11 to 5 then 75cents and made that 15000 share purchase at 75cents and got out at 4. Should have stayed out but got back in at 2 like a fool because ......who knows why...oh yea ... i do... greed.
