Lots of my div payers sold off w/ all this money flowing into AI stocks. NVDA is attracting all of this capital and they appear to be selling the value stocks.

Small adds today include:

LAND, QCOM, INTC, KMI, LXP, EMR, MAC, SBRA, EMR, O, MMM, D, SRC, BHP

probably one of the biggest Buy days for me as I am working getting my 20% cash deployed. Lots of those buys are dividend payers. Still only about 15% of my cash reserves deployed in today's buys.

Moving more money out of the Treasury Fund in 20% withdrawal chuncks to deploy into more of these value stocks as this AI buying frenzy continues. The boring Value stocks are getting sold and I will be there to scoop them up.

I want earnings growth, reasonable/low PE's and div yield (higher than my 4% Treasury fund).

-------------------------------------------

When there is a disruption in the market, opportunities present themselves. That is the time to strike and Buy what people are selling. Let them run to these AI stocks but only a few will be the big winners.

WPC (W.P. Carey) earnings out, and market did not like the report. Seemed ok to me. I'm adding fairly aggressively today to this position in my dividend basket.
