It looks to me like there will also be 1.4 million shares that are unlocked on Feb. 28.
Anybody else happen to notice that in the March 97 S-3?

Jan... I am beginning to think that the warrants are going to have less of an effect on the common that I once perceived. The warrants trade soo thinnly that there has to be alot of new conversions over the last 60 days. As for the lock-up stock coming out, it's hard to say. My guess is that this stock is not all for sale especially if Jenkins has a bang-up CC on Tuesday. My call is that if CC is good, I expect $10 quickly. After next week, attention will now be focused new engagements, and general y2k awareness. As this quarter matures, the anticipation of the earning will be very critical. If they do not have a blow-out quarter, I do not want to be long. With all of this said, I feel strongly that we are on our way to a major winner in TAVA and the danger will be that I will sell too soon.
