I'd LOVE to hear your support of THIS statement.

If by resources you mean Rolodex (ie., Mandl), do you really think that the AT&T "status" makes a difference in negotiating roof rights?

Thank you George for responding - Winstar had indeed proved to be a wise pick. Was looking at IXC as an alternative to expensive Quest but never bought - apparently should have.
