I just heard a radio documentary that vindicates my strategy of collecting content rather than relying on streams for access. Now that the focus for streamers has become actually making money rather than just adding subscribers, they are starting to make major cuts in what they make available to avoid paying license fees and royalties. Apparently Netflix is about to do a major purge, so watch for your choices to shrink. You'll still be able to get the new popular stuff but shows will disappear much more quickly.

I love Jethro Tull- and all the rest you mention. I still like ELP- Jerusalem is a favorite of mine. I was never allowed to go to concerts, so the very few I saw I saw as an adult (and as an adult, I can say that the music is far too loud at concerts.) I didn't see the point of paying a bunch of money to wear ear plugs, which I don't like at all.

I envy you the film festivals though. I have really enjoyed the few I've gone to. Sonoma has a nice little one.

I liked everything I saw the times I went to SIFF.
