I thought I heard they were cutting back on R&D and going more into a sustaining role with their existing prodcut line. Even if they are not cutting back or eliminating CMP or HDP CVD R&D, my distinct impression was that R&D dollars were not going to be shifted. That is, overall Corporate R&D is going to be lower for the next few quarters. This is from memory and I could have mis-interpreted what was said but I do beleive there will be cutbacks in R&D even in the advanced areas. Andrew
