Capital Research and Development, manager of the American Funds family, filed last week that they own 700,000 shares of Zonagen in their Smallcap World fund. We already know that Putnam, Franklin and T Rowe Price have positions in Zonagen. Perhaps some are underestimating the potential degree of institutional interest in Zonagen. There may be more such filings in the not too distant future. I look forward to Bill's report of his visit to next week's Texas Biotechnology Conference. That is, if he can tear himself away from his computer.

Bill; In the category of Fraud and Scam Stocks listed in today's papers, ZONA was the % leader with a 19.87% increase for the week. Based on the FDA User Fee agreements, the FDA is scheduled to announce their decision on Viagra by March 30, 1998...only 45 days away. ZONA is assuming that Vasomax would also receive a priority review if they can submit their NDA prior to the Viagra approval. This is ZONA's opinion not that of the FDA. Accordingly, I believe SGP will make every effort to file the Vasomax NDA before March 30th. BigKNY3
