Hi Chowder;

Did you "equal weight" these purchases? I was wondering why you did not take a smaller-weighted position in NVDA, seeing as it has basically shot-up since 2023 started.

Thanks.

Re: Young Folk Portfolio ... Portfolio Adjustments

Today the mid-month cash contribution hit the account and with that I trimmed a few shares and spread the proceeds around to bring positions closer together in value as I try to equal weight positions.

I sold $2,000 worth of shares in both LSI and PLD.

The proceeds of those shares, along with the mid-month cash contribution were invested in:

ARE .. ESS .. MAA .. VICI.

The goal this year has been to build the REIT portion of the portfolio and this theme prevailed this week. I have wanted to build the real estate exposure up to 15% of the portfolio value and with these moves the real estate exposure sits exactly at 15% if you count DHI (a homebuilder) which I do include as part of the real estate exposure.

That portion of the portfolio is now as follows:

O ........ $7,612
DHI .... $6,654
LSI ..... $5,585
PLD ... $5,127
MAA .. $4,796
ARE .. $4,747
ESS .. $4,689
VICI .. $4,622
