And it is election interference when you indict a candidate in an election.
DeSantis just declared his candidacy.

Let's say he was involved in a crash, and the police discovered that he failed a breathalyzer test.

Should he be indicted, or would that be eLeCtIoN iNtErFeReNcE?

If you don't think he should be indicted, then he is essentially above the law, just like Trump.

Without the ability to indict, the law is meaningless.

It's that simple.
