Steve, liked your response to him.

From the Grubman TGNT report:
"We expect Teligent to have 15,000 lines in service at the end of 1998.." Well now, ain't that something?
From the Grubman WinStar report:
"In our model we assume WinStar will have 300,000 lines in service at the end of 1998.."

Mr. Grubman is a very respected Telecom analyst, is he not?
Somebody help me remember this at years end, and we will see how they both did.

Regards to all,
Dub

<<I believe both Winstar and Teligent will thrive, but that Teligent has more resources at the moment...">>

That's exactly what I meant. The cash available to TGNT is much more than WCII. The TGNT price reflects this available cash as if it were on the books. I wonder why TGNT has not released these funds and blitzed all it's markets to start income. Maybe they are waiting to see who their competition is in the various markets after the auction. Or are they waiting to see if they can keep the licenses they got. Remember, they got them from the government in a strange way and it is being investigated. Or it was being investigated.
