Dave,

Call IR. They will confirm that they are finishing the qualification stages and will soon begin shipping to Packard Bell.

Additionally, they are in negotiations with other OEM's in the "Top 10".

BTW, the 6.4 GB drives will ship in 2nd Qtr. and was not relied on as a key to 1st Qtr. profitability. They are still on track to achieve Q1 profitability.

I'm not bearish at all, howeever, skeptical of the management running JTS.

As to OEM with Packard Bell, how about a press release? Wouldn't that speak volumes as to JTS is not on the brink of bankruptcy?
