Helkel,

I do believe there were talks.

I beleive that IBM would be the best
suitor.

I do not believe Barksdale will throw
in the towel just yet. Not now.

I believe he is keeping his options
open by conducting these talks,
but I think he wants to make a go of it
on his own.

I think that is his first choice,
(to keep NSCP whole)
although he would sell to save the ship
if that was what he thought was his only
way out.

This is going to be a sink or
sell year for NSCP.

My opinion, no sale within 30 days.
