Would anyone here mind explaining what the potential benefits and/or downside of this offering is? From my limited knowledge, the main thing I see is the company selling shares. This news seems to have generated some interest, but is there a fundamental argument that shows how this will help the stock price? Thank you all in advance for your insight. I appreciate the help. By the way, I was in SEEK towards the end of last year at 8.75, watched it go up to 14 where I was expecting a bigger run (as the other engines had), and then when it dipped below 10 I got out for a small profit. I've been watching since, pondering the re-entry.
