thank you for your analysis. i purchased cs for slightly different reason, i blieve the dec and yago decisions will help product revenue and bring in the new technology that cs needs. i am very happy that it is one of the big 4 networking companies, and can purchase the company at this price. the future of voice and data i want to spread my chances among quality companies that may be acquired, and if not will grow because of products anyway.

OT: Peter,

The only recent insider sales of ASND was a 35,000 share sale by Mory Ejabat, and a 5000 share sale by another V.P. This is pocket change for these guys, and is of no concern whatsoever.

As far as lack of an annual budget until recently. Who cares. The product pipeline is full, the contracts are rolling in, and the takeover rumors are flying (as they are w CS). I'm sure bringing Ashby in (CFO) was to address the lack of a budget, regain confidence of the street, and possibly to steer the course through a takeover.

I wish you lots of luck on your exchange to CS, as I own CS (and COMS) albeit much much smaller positions than in ASND. If you cared to ask my opinion I would have suggested selling half of your ASND and buying CS . While it is likely that ASND will take a breather next week, it is likely to be shortlived as those that have been on the sidelines too scared to enter when ASND was trading in the $20's are chomping at the bit to get in now in fear that they will miss the next big move up and will be buyers on any short-term weakness.
