>>>>>I just hope that we won't have so much discussion on the warrants for the next sixty days or I might have to remove this thread from my book mark. Boring.<<<<< Right! Out of over 100 of the last notes posted, about 95 have been about warrants, and still nothing is settled. Since I have no warrants (and want no warrants), here is how I see things (from a relatively unbiased viewpoint): The company extended the warrants to "buy some time" to decide what their best option would be for additional financing. They've had lots of other things to think about, so no big mystery over why this was done. I'm sure with XRL, CATS, PPL, etc., etc. to think about, the warrants weren't really on their minds till NASD reminded them that they had to make a decision by Feb. 11. As to the lateness in the day for the news release--again-maybe they just had a lot to do and didn't get the release done till late in the day.

Frankly, we should be a lot more concerned about the on-going business of the company, rather than worry what the next outcome of the warrants will be. WHAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE GOING TO BE WHEN EARNINGS ARE ANNOUNCED?

Did I mention that after I talked to a company spokesman on Feb. 5, that I was told the Britelight products will be ready for orders this year? This will open up a whole new line of products based on a new technology, and it should be exciting.

I do hope we can put this warrant issue behind us. People who are considering buying the stock and who read these notes first are probably turned off. To those people -- honestly, we don't always
discuss nothing but warrants. Stick around.
