the article you posted says you'll be paying thru the nose for those options.They are high priced.If the rumor dies so will your options.

may want to consider a strangle. in particular, buy mar 20 puts & mar 22.5 calls. will cost you about 3 1/2 in total. any factual news, either good or bad, should put this combo itm.

John,I looked up NSCP options.The March 22 1/2 call looks like the best bet.Might be too late to jump on the bandwagon,NSCP might gap higher Tuesday morn.
