Reading the above shows a holding and waiting period with out huge moves by anyone. The story of the week would be the strong rise at the end of the week.

I HOPE THAT THE LOCAL CALGARY RESIDENTS HAVE A CHANCE TO TOUR THE AREA AGAIN AND REPORT IN. I THINK WE ALL OWE THEM OUR APPRECIATION.

Hi Doug,

For the month of January Nesbitt shows 780,200 on the buy side and 393,500 on the sell side. From Feb 1 to Feb 13, shows 287,500 on the buy side and 454,050 on the sell side.

There is no one house that did only Buying. Reading the stats does not provide a clear picture of direction.
