There is much you don't know about this company...

The COO/CFO just resigned.
The new chip is late.
Their chips have never been price competitive with the market.
Their 3D performance is not competitive with the market leaders.
Intel is here.

This is a company that has burned through $30MM and lost a quarter of billion dollars in shareholder equity in roughly two years. Management is weak and the CEO should have been replaced years ago by the BOD.

Best case scenario. They get sold for a small premium over their current price. Worst case scenario, they die.

There is no scenario that says they'll survive as an independent, going concern. Period. And it's a shame and a textbook example of a founder running a company when he shouldn't be...

But please, don't encourage people to buy into a company that you clearly understand so little about.
