FreeEDGAR knows that they are mis-wording the emails for 13G's and all the other 13x's but their stock wording is more for 8-K's, 10-Q's, 10-K's, DEF14's etc. that the filer does file. Someday they may correct it. Peter Schwartz, their Editorial Director reports that he is looking into it. When you see a 13G it is generally not the filing company making the filing (although I could imagine an ESOP or retirement plan owning enough and buying more, and filing).
