For the most part, California's water projects have avoided going "woke."

I would like to see more wastewater recycling plants, though. Recharging ground water reserves using wastewater makes a lot of sense and can help reduce residential demand for reservoir water.

Long-term there's always desalination, but hardly any leftist wants that. Environmental impact might be a bit much.
