The first season was great. As is often the case, the follow up seasons progressively went down to good and ok. Thankfully they stopped it before it got bad.

I use the show to discuss various points of views and teach critical thinking to my kids.

This is the best anti-nazi show I have ever seen, without it actually being anti-nazism. By realistically speculating on what the world could have been like had the nazis won the war, they show that everyone, including the Germans and the Japanese, ended up being better off now than in that world.

You see aerospace being far more advanced there than in ours. This is not surprising since the Germans were way ahead of everyone in that front. What is surprising is that their genetic engineering and medical science is behind ours. You would think that the nazis with their obsession about genes and bloodlines would be further ahead, but they are not. Why is that? It turns out that if you are burning the cripple, the mentally ill, and the unwanted, then you have no need to understand and learn about genes, prosthetics, and many other things. Everyone you have is "perfect". Why mess with it.
