I should add, I am angry and I won't change. I spent 26 of my prime years fighting to preserve a system against potential aggressors. Yes, a lot was propaganda, made up hype to support the military industrial machine and other corporate interests. But now I look and see freedom of speech being restricted under woke guidelines where you can be cancelled for speaking the truth. I see a nanny surveillance state that makes the Kremlin look like amateurs. Our phone calls, messages read and nobody cares but OMG, violate some blatantly wrong woke fantasy and there's rioting in the streets. We haven't had an election between 2 decent candidates in decades. People vote like it's a vote for prom king/queen. Popularity, looks, hipness. Not policies, ability to get things done. We can't pass a bill without billions of pork attached spending money we don't have. Yes I'm angry and so should everybody else.
