Indeed.

I'm still wondering who's getting rich off of this boondoggle:

It takes TEN YEARS to build a 15-mile BART extension from Fremont to San Jose.

And of course, there's still the high-speed rail line to nowhere:

It won't be until 2030 at the earliest before a bunch of farmers can travel from one village to another.

These are the very people who wanted high-speed rail the LEAST, but Sacramento doesn't give a Brandon about them. They are essentially disenfranchised.
