Dan it is amazing how you constantly put a negative spin on everything. First it was how old joe is hyping the stock and now you predict old joe is going to jail and Ron holland is starting his own company. Get real buddy.

Let me first address the hype bit. As you well know OTC:BB stocks are not recommended by Brokerage firms to their clients which in effect puts the majority of the investors out there oblivious the the existence of BAAT. There is nothing wrong in going out there and getting the message out to the public as old joe has done. In fact what he is doing is a tremendous service to the current shareholders and in preserving there investment.

In a earlier post you had claimed that the press release on Feb 6 which states the Super Car is expected to exceed 100 mpg is hype. But it is common knowledge that BAAT has successfully exceeded this 100 mpg barrier on several of previous private test runs. They would have easily exceeded 100 mpg if not for the strong head winds encountered on Feb 10.
Again you say that the statement "BAAT is expected to be a billion dollar company" big time hype. It would have been prudent if this was not said by BAAT . However BAAT will very well be a billion dollar company.
Look at this scenario...suppose BAAT signs an agreement with a OEM manufacturer in Europe that manufacturs 100,000 heavy trucks per year and BAAT rebuilds their engine to obtain a 30% fuel efficiency. If BAAT gets paid only 10 % of the savings at $ 4.0 a gallon of gas in europe that works out to 45 million dollars a year. It will take BAAT only a few such contracts to be a Billion dollor company in 10 years.

As for the SEC investigation this is fairly routine stuff with Penny stocks that trade in high volume with price volatility. Nothing to sweat about. I'm told old joe and the staff are working very hard to get all of the required info by the deadline. SEC has already indicated that this inquiry should not be construed as an indication by the Commission or its staff that any violation of the law has occurred, nor as a reflection upon any person, entity, or security".

By the way my broker had indicated to me this outfit from Jersey ..Sherwood securities have been openly bragging to everyone about how much money they had made recently by shorting the stock. You wouldn't happen to be living in Jersey are you Dan?

>>You shouldn't do that, post links to other threads that is.<<
but you can do it if it says something equally conjectural to the negative about BAAT.

Let's admit it- there are few facts to go on with this company. I for one have invested an amount accordingly. To put more in would be unexperienced and greedy for me, and I'd probably end up shooting myself. I don't want to shoot myself. Anyone who got 'hurt' has done so not by absolute lies by BAAT, but by fear from +/- opinions, investing more than the amount of FACTS, not OPINION would merit.

Personally, I believe this company might have something, but Im man enough to say that is my belief, based on what FACTS I have found, and not investing my house in it, because I find a LACK OF FACTS with BAAT to put in a refinanced home over it. I find plenty of innuendo, and factless hype, but FACTS are the things that bring the bucks.

You think BAAT is full of hype? take a look at ATEC post#78, and about it on TPRO post #2726(about ATEC). Hey, at least with BAAT the PR guy is not telling you "sorry, I didn't know there would be a 5-1 reverse split!!" there followed a rush to sell, and my fault, (I took the responsibility by admitting I was overinvested) THAT TIME, but the scam was also in place. Believe me, Dan, I have been hurt bigtime by stark, absolute deception, but I learned that time.

If you have anecdotes like that on BAAT, post them right away. Im sure most would like to know. You are intitled to your opinion, but sadly, so am I. I can wait until Wednesday. Would you like to have people sell based on opinion?
I don't care what they do without enough facts, it would be retarded.
