Sdgla, Trump had plenary power to declassify everything. If so, then he wouldn't have had to turn over anything to the National Archives. Just declare the documents in his possession as "declassified," then sue the Justice Department for unlawful prosecution. In any case, I don't think Trump's "mental powers to declassify anything" will fly. Tenchusatsu
