MartMan,
CVIA is not listed on Nasdaq, it's a Bulletin Board stock (even though BB is maintained by Nasdaq), and therefore is not affected by the new requirements. If you meant the new BB requirements proposed by the SEC, CVIA shouldn't be affected since it's a fully reporting company. Hopefully we'll see CVIA/WOTD move to a bigger board some time down the road.
