As an SI member you should know:

At the home page of this thread, click "profile" at the top.
Click "SEC Filings" at the Profile page. You'll get the Edgar search results. Just click the form you want (i.e. 10-K405) and it will transfer it to your screen. Save it into a file and you have it!

Yes they have to provide you with one.
If you think that will give you idea of risks
your drinking too much water. All companies
touch base on cautions of any kind. Avoid
shareholer suites.
