Very valid question. I have averaged in the past and put the stop to it. Now I am just waiting for either result. There are three scenarios which seem to be possible: 1/JV with major 2/Financing 3/Nothing above. The outcome of first two helps the decision to hold. The last one which makes me uncomfortable could put a pressure for drastic solution and I must admit that I become more and more tired of waiting for some sort of conclusion. At the same time the property is an asset which can keep GHE alive for very long time and the speculation build up around it, could provide a healthy break one day to our surprise. I am holding as my paper loss can only turn to real one, while the chances for profit are still in the 50/50 mark. Regards Robert
