<As far as I know a reverse merger is perfectly legal and benefits the small public co. & the larger private co.> If you want to see a stock and thread that has done this same thing,look at ATPX. I small co.(LUNN) merged with a larger private co. LUNN shareholders 1:10, with the expectation of receiving additional shares later on based on the earnings of LUNN during the quarter of the merger. Stock was around 1.80 pre-merger and "came out-ATPX" at $18.00+/-,stock price currently around 12.00. The point being,the mechanics may be similar.haven't followed TVSI very closely...DD
