TG, You've been around long enough to know that MM's short these BB stocks all the time. Its called a Naked Short
They also play games by buying at the bid and transferring stock among themselves.

Tideglider: Just because you say that it is a BB stock, and that it can't be shorted, doesn't make it so.
It is not SUPPOSED to be shorted, but I THINK that shorting goes on, never-the-less.
By market makers.
The public cannot short anything, as far as I know, unless it it an approved security for shorting purposes.
However, will you go on record as saying that a market maker cannot short ANY stock?
